Candays 커뮤니티 이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 알버타 한인 커뮤니티 'Candays'(이하 '사이트')가 제공하는 모든 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차, 이용자와 사이트의 권리, 의무, 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
Candays는 알버타에서의 원활한 이민 생활 및 정보 공유를 위한 공간입니다.

제2조 (회원의 의무)

  • 회원은 본 약관 및 관계 법령, 사이트 내 공지사항을 준수해야 합니다.
  • 타인의 정보 도용 및 허위 정보 입력 금지
  • 불법적이거나 타인에게 불쾌감을 주는 게시물 작성 금지
  • 상업적 목적의 무단 광고 및 스팸성 게시물 도배 금지
  • 알버타 이민/생활 정보 커뮤니티의 취지에 어긋나는 분란 조장 행위 금지

제3조 (게시물의 저작권 및 관리)

1. 회원이 사이트 내에 작성한 게시물의 저작권은 작성자 본인에게 있습니다.

2. 회원의 게시물이 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 서비스 운영 정책에 위배되는 경우, 관리자는 사전 통보 없이 해당 게시물을 숨김 또는 삭제할 수 있습니다.

3. 사이트는 회원의 게시물을 커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 비상업적 목적으로 사이트 내에서 복제, 전시, 배포할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (계정의 해지 및 이용 제한)

회원이 약관을 위반하거나 정상적인 커뮤니티 운영을 방해하는 경우, 사이트는 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 회원 자격을 상실시킬 수 있습니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use aim to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the users and the Alberta Korean Community 'Candays' (hereinafter 'the Site') in using the services provided. Candays is a space dedicated to sharing information and supporting the immigrant life in Alberta.

Article 2 (User Obligations)

  • Users must comply with these Terms, relevant laws, and notices on the Site.
  • Stealing others' information or providing false information.
  • Posting illegal, abusive, or offensive content.
  • Posting unauthorized commercial advertisements or spam.
  • Causing disruption contrary to the purpose of the community.

Article 3 (Copyright and Management)

1. The copyright of posts created by a user belongs to the user.

2. If a user's post infringes on the rights of others or violates our policies, the administrator may hide or delete the post without prior notice.

3. The Site may reproduce, display, or distribute user posts within the Site for non-commercial purposes to promote the community.

Article 4 (Account Termination)

If a user violates these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the community, the Site may restrict service use or terminate membership.
