Cheap Single Pushchairs

If you're on a tight budget and don't want a stroller that doubles as a car seat carrier, the Babyzen Yoyo is a good choice. It features a flip-flop-friendly one-step footbrake.

It's also a breeze to push and feels sturdy when navigating kerbs or woodland paths. It's also a breeze to fold.

1. Babyzen YOYO2

The Babyzen YOYO2 has earned its reputation as the most stroller that is lightweight, suitable for city dwellers as for jet-setters. This Delta Children bare-bones travel stroller is a great option for parents who are looking for a second stroller that's affordable. It also comes with an adjustable recline seat that can be adjusted in multiple positions and cup holders for the parent. Other important features include 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels, as well as two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling.

In our test of push and turn, it did better than many of the other strollers that we test, but it's not the most comfortable to maneuver over uneven ground or through narrow doors. It's heavier than other strollers we've tried, but because it has composite wheels made of rubber it feels solid and well-made. It is easy to maneuver across different terrains and even with two kids, a shopping bag and other things.

The carrycot and the seat both come with hoods with pull-down UV50+ sun canopy extensions. They are durable and waterproof, unlike other prams hoods which can be blown back onto toddlers' faces.

It does not have much storage space, but it does have a large basket deep enough to accommodate a changing bag or plenty of groceries. It can also be used with the Baby Jogger car seat that is suitable for babies who weigh 20 pounds or less (car seat and adapters are available separately). If you are looking for a stroller that is able to be taken on the road, the City Tour 2 is an excellent choice.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

Nuna Mixx was a stroller that captured the hearts of a lot of parents when it first appeared. It's a stroller made of aluminum that will be with you throughout your baby's first years and beyond. It has a number of stand-out features including the possibility of flipping the seat to be parent-facing and world-facing, a huge UPF 50+ canopy, a flip out eyeshade, a spacious basket and adjustable handlebar.

The chassis is equipped with an integrated suspension system which reduces the impact of bumpy terrain. The wheels are constructed from tough foam and minimise punctures. Our test driver found it easy to push and was able to manoeuvre it through narrow streets with ease.

It folds down in four easy steps and locks automatically without hassle. It can also be folded and stood up for easier transport down the stairs, or in the boot of the car. It also comes equipped with the ability to add a car seat and a carrycot using the adaptors that come with it. The brakes are easy to use, using a single colored and flip-flop compatible.

7. Babyzen Duet

This budget-friendly pushchair is simple to use and has a fantastic dual suspension. It folds using just one hand, and comes with a convenient carrying strap. It is also lightweight and robust. The seat can be reclined to many different positions. It also comes with a double breathable mattress built in that is suitable for infants.

The canopy/seat comes with two large sun visors that are either fixed or flipped out. Both are UPF50+. The toggle closure isn't ideal as it’s not as quiet as Velcro, and can awaken napping babies.

The Duet is a side-by-side stroller and can be adapted to take twins or siblings (up to a maximum of 22kg per seat). It can be used with two infant car seat and some carrycots. In twin mode seats, the seats can be positioned so that they face each one. They can also be set towards the parents. This will help reduce sibling arguments over who gets seated with dad and mom. 8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2.

It folds compactly and takes 5-10 minutes to put together with no tools. The manual is easy to comprehend and contains multiple languages.
