Door Handle Replacement

Door handles seem like a small detail but if you aren't happy with the style or design of them, or are unable to use them, it's worth replacing them. Installing a new door handle is simple if you've got patience.

Modern door handles are often equipped with cover plates that hide the screws, giving them an attractive appearance. However, you will need to attach them separately if the new handle doesn't have them attached already.

Remove the Old Handle

The door handle is not only a decoration for your home it also serves as an important safety feature that lets you to lock and unlock your door. Over time the door handle can become loose or feel a bit loose. It might also appear aged and worn. This is a sign that it's probably time to replace it.
