Lightest Double Stroller

If you're looking for a light double stroller, weight and folded dimensions are important factors to consider. Picking one that is easy to maneuver and compact double stroller when not in use makes it easier to fit into the trunk of your car and maneuver through airport security and other foreign streets.

The most lightweight strollers have a lightweight, easy fold and self-standing mechanism to reduce the strain on parents' bodies. Many strollers have various seating options, and some can accommodate infant car seats.

Kolcraft Cloud Plus

The Cloud has one of the lowest scores on our tests of quality due to a flimsy feel, hard plastic seats and a design that feels old-fashioned. It's also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter. This is a bad option for parents looking for the cheapest option.

While it's not the most light double twin stroller, it comes with enough features worth considering. Its swiveling front wheel makes it easy to move on flat surfaces, and it can leap over curbs with ease unlike other light strollers that veer off course when trying to accomplish the similar thing. The low handle of the Cloud is a disadvantage, however; it's nearly at knee height and not adjustable. It's not a comfortable thing to push it with your legs hanging in the air like that and it's also not helping that it's not cushioned.

In our tests, we discovered that the Cloud was easy to set up and open. To close it, it's a bit more difficult. You need to slide the slider and then press the large white button. This can be a hassle if you are juggling children while doing it.

The Cloud has a small, but deep storage basket that will be used to fit a medium-sized diaper bag. The basket is narrow and you may have to store something inside to reach the back. The Cloud includes two tray for parents and a child tray each with two cup holders. Both are too narrow for larger cups or bottles.

They started out manufacturing crib pads and diapers and now they produce several baby products, such as highchairs and infant car seats. The company is based in Chicago and is an American manufacturer.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is an extremely lightweight, minimalist double stroller that's perfect to travel with. It weighs only 18 lbs and is lighter than other single double stroller (recommended site) strollers. It folds flat to make it easy to carry and store. It also has independently reclined seats and large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors with windows that peek out and extra-large storage bags underneath the seat. The visors are adjustable to accommodate children of different heights. Plus, it has an integrated one-step parking brake and is Disney-size approved.

The swivel wheels on the Jeep are also awesome to maneuver over bumps and uneven surfaces. This stroller does not accept car seats. Your child must be at least six months old and possess a strong neck control in order to be able to ride in the front seat. It does have three panels of a nice sun canopy, though, and each seat has its own snack tray, as well as parent cupholders.

Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is yet another extremely light stroller with a side by side. It's a bit heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's amazingly slim and narrow (26.5 inches wide!) and is packed with elegant features that make it perfect for travel. It also comes with a handy carry strap and can hold kids up to 44 lbs per seat.

Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants

If you're seeking a stroller which is light but packed with features look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just light at just 13 pounds and comes with plenty of storage in the form of child and parent cup holders, a sippy cup for children pocket and a parent storage pocket and more. This stroller is also able to fit the car seat of your child and features a brake that flips. It's designed to adapt to your child from a newborn stroller to an adult stroller by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children 6 months old and older.

This stroller has only swivel-wheels and no locking feature and therefore may not be the best option for steep or rocky terrain. It's a great stroller for paved sidewalks and other smooth surfaces, though it's an excellent option for most families.

This stroller is one of the most lightweight tandem double buggy strollers with large features in a sleek compact design. It folds easily with one hand and put away in the garage or trunk. It can also be used as a travel stoller, and is compatible with no additional adapters for most car seats.
